GRANTS

The following grants are currently available to help you insulate your
property:

• Discounted Scheme: The Able to Pay Scheme is a discounted scheme available to anyone who is not in receipt of benefits. The cost of Cavity Wall Insulation or Loft insulation for any standard house type is £129.
• Free Scheme: The Priority Group Scheme can provide FREE insulation
  to anyone over the age of 70 living in a property and you do not have to
  be the owner to qualify.
• Hartlepool Residents: FREE if you are aged 55 or over; you have children under 16 living in the property; or if you are on benefits.

You may also qualify for FREE insulation if you are living in a property and
are in receipt of certain benefits and once again you do not have to be the owner to qualify.

These Grants are available in any area, so even if we don't cover your area,
